- • The breakfast buffet was expensive at 7000 yen. I had high expectations due to it being a Hawaiian buffet, but it was disappointing as it was served in a space used for weddings with limited options. I felt that the price and service did not match. It's a bit disappointing.
Luxurious but expensive stay
It is a very high-end property. The facilities are good. Big rooms, beautiful view of the Ferris wheel and the harbor, well-stocked toiletries and tea station, helpful staff, nice buffet. A generally pleasant stay.

- • It was surprising that there was no offer of water or coffee at check-in. I had to go to the lounge to get coffee, for which I had to pay. Shouldn't guests who booked a luxury room receive a welcome drink?!
