Great Hotel , need more staff
We waited for about 40 minutes for it to arrive, the Eggs were over cooked and the Muffins were cold. The staff were very good but there was a big group there and there was not enough staff, the check out was the same only one person.

- • Checkout staff were very friendly but he was on his own and there were 5 people in the line up, other staff walked straight past and entered the staff only door and not one of them stopped to help.

- • At level 17 the building is secured with air con being the climate. Could be claustrophobic for some, but air con is entirely manageable.
