Great stay
Arrived early and before check-in. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Everything processed within 2 minutes, given key and directions to 2bdrm unit.Beds were comfortable, clean, warm. Unit clean and tidy. Great shower. Plenty towels for 3 adults, 2 kids. Free use of washing machine and dryer in laundry room. Kids loved the pool open to 9pm. Great location near airport. Although it was just one night, very happy with our stay and would return again

Convenient place to stay for 1-2 nights
The location is relatively close to the airport. It's a good location to stay for 1-2 nights after a long flight. It has good connection with public transport, if you need to use it. It takes about 1hr to get to Auckland with public transport. They also offer airport shuttle, but I did not get to use it, unfortunately. The facilities are okay, but nothing fancy. Overall, I can recommend this place for short stays.

- • The only thing I did not like was that, when I arrived there, there was nobody there to check in. It is true, I did arrive at around 1:30 AM, so it was kind of expected. I had to wait for about 20-30 mins because they were picking up someone from the airport. But, in the end, it was all fine.
Barely adequate, only redeeming feature was proximity to airport.

- • Old, run down, bathroom minimal amenities, no outlet for hairdryer, no shelving in shower, skimpy shower curtain.
Peaceful and suitable for the airport.
The fact that the parking is close to the room and everything is clean and smells good.

Have stayed before location for us and 24/7 desk help. The beds were comfy and clean.

- • One of the bedroom doors couldn’t close and lights needed upgrading. Remote for the tv didn’t work
