Pleasant and would book again
Location close to history and public transport. Modern, clean, and pleasing interior design. Quality bed linen and towels. We had a room facing the road, and with the window shut, you could not hear the traffic.

- • The room was too warm, despite the outdoor temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. The room has ceiling fans but no air conditioning. We did have the use of a Dyson fan which helped but didn’t cool enough. Apparently, you can have the use of a mobile air conditioning unit, but we didn’t know this until check out. So ask if you need it.

The staff were exceptional!!!! The place was immaculate! Any small issue was fixed immediately. The welcome gifts were generous and delicious. I’ve never met such friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. There were so many fun touches to the place. Loved it.
