Great location. Everything you could ask for.
We’ve now stayed there three times and love it. Staff are wonderful. I enjoy the spa. Best of all - the gardens and being away from the bright lights and noise while being a short walk from a major train hub.

Very good stay in Tokyo nearby biggest train station . Big and nice area with beautiful garden . A lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast in hotel was amazing.

Very comfortable and close to everything
Very close to Shinagawa station, ideal to be connected with the whole city. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very spacious
