We were happily surprised to finally able to get the eastern view on the standard room rate. We always love their fantastic breakfast.

Ee had three night here on our 3 week trip .The standard rooms here are massive compared across Japanese hotels. Great bathroom with separate bath tub and shower. They provide a stocked.bar fridge as well. The location is excellent and directly linked to the subway. Really nice bar for a cocktail and again all the staff are excellent.

- • My only negative is the beds and pillows. The pillows were way too soft and even after having a conversation with housekeeping they still could not provide a firmer pillow. The mattress was not very comfortable and could've been thicker.....fix these and you will have a 10 out of 10.

- • I will tell you that from the moment we came in, we found the staff overall were very distant and not welcoming. There was a few exceptions like the restaurant concierge. However – at the price point that we were paying, I found that they could’ve been more welcoming. Also – the pool is not available to kids under 12, the restaurant upstairs was crowded at the first thing in the morning.
