The location was very good. It was a rainy day, but it was very convenient to walk around as it was connected to the subway and underground passage.

- • I used the sauna at Evian Spa and was charged an additional fee of about 2500 yen. It is so small and lacks facilities that I don't think it's worth using.
-the staff was just super nice and helpful -one of the best looking hotel I've ever been to. -amazing view and to have a balcony in your room is just fantastic and rare in Tokyo. -5 min walk to Tokyo Station

- • I thought it would be nice to have a simple seat in the shower room of the bathroom.
Palace is still the best!
The staff was very kind and told me where the bicycle parking was, and even though I made the floor wet in the shower, they told me not to worry about it. It was crowded during the holidays, but they quickly let me in, saying they had reserved seats for guests to have tea.

- • It was room 1510, but there were times when there was a strange smell in the room. It wasn't that bothersome though.
