A wonderful hotel with a fantastic location and exceptional service! A special thank you to the hotel concierge. They went above and beyond! The concierge helped us buy tickets to Andrea Bocelli's concert in Venice on the same day of the concert. All tickets had been sold out months ago. Only thanks to the hotel concierge's direct contact were we able to see and hear this magical concert by the great master! Thank you again, you are the best!

- • Drinking water is a constant problem! There are always empty bottles at reception and in the hotel lobby, and the hotel only leaves a 200ml bottle in our room in the evening. It's a bit odd for a hotel of this caliber to have such a problem.
