The building is well renovated, clean, rooms are big with very comfortable beds, the stuff is trying to be friendly

- • It’s located in the eastern part of Jerusalem in the area very uncomfortable for walking. The stuff is instructed not to speak Hebrew but English only making it very unfriendly for Israeli Jewish citizens. Breakfast is expensive (150NIS) and not worth it.
We arrived, the bathtub leaked, we changed rooms and the next morning we had to leave because of the war and

The American Colony is a beautiful hotel, with kind helpful staff, comfortable stylish rooms and excellent food. We're definitely coming back!

- • The pillows were really tough. Slim and uncomfortable, even when we asked for a third, we were uncomfortable. The AC (cold) didn't work, and as it was hot we left the window open, which wasn't ideal.
A lovely place where time stands still and gives a wonderful glimpse from the 19th century to our days
