MAJESTIC
This hotel is incomparable, synonymous with tradition, refinement, and luxury. The staff is incredible, extremely attentive, and go above and beyond to provide the best service. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation and construction of a new wing, but the classic style is preserved and is a show in itself. We already miss it.

- • We were surprised by the dim lighting in the dining room in the evening. As for breakfast, we think the quality of croissants and pain au chocolat could be improved.

Our stay at The Ritz London was simply unforgettable - a real experience at the highest level. Upon entering the hotel, you can feel the special atmosphere of elegance, tradition, and luxury. Every corner of the house exudes style and class, without ever seeming distant. Our room was beautiful - tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and designed with incredible attention to detail. The comfort was exceptional, from the wonderfully comfortable bed to the perfect in-room service. You feel comfortable and welcome from the very first moment. We would also like to highlight the breakfast: simply excellent. The selection was exquisite, the quality of the food first-class, and the service attentive, charming, and absolutely professional. The start to the day could not have been better. However, the heart of this extraordinary hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Rarely have we experienced such warmth, politeness, and genuine hospitality. Each employee greeted us with a smile, incredible attention, and a level of service that is unmatched. You always felt not just like a guest, but truly welcome. This kindness and attentiveness make The Ritz truly special and set it far above other luxury hotels. Especially the Hall Porters (Concierge) were extremely helpful and could practically organize everything in advance. Thank you to the entire team at The Ritz London for this wonderful experience - we will definitely be back!

Smoke let down
I am sorry but for the price, the old room amenities and fittings are a major let down. The smell of cigarette smoke that lingers I find foul. Service is great but it is just poor value

Our son chose the Ritz London for his coming-of-age birthday. He wanted a special, elegant, and unique place. It was truly a choice that fully met his expectations. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt like we were stepping into another world, the interior fragrance, live piano music, and the beauty of the interior design captivated us. Dinner in the main restaurant was perfect, the taste of the dishes, the impeccable service, the ballroom reminiscent of the good old days were a delight. The next day we enjoyed an extremely elegant afternoon tea and completed it with an evening at the opera. The room was equipped with all kinds of details from chocolates and fine candies, quality cosmetics, beautiful furniture, so the accommodation was at its best. We left with the most beautiful memories and the desire to return.
