A hotel that is always a pleasure to return to
I keep coming back to this hotel because of its location, the friendly and helpful staff, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the efficient parking service. The antique market is right in front of the hotel and close to all the city's tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. This time I also visited the heated pool in the basement, which was wonderful. The breakfast was very good, the shower was clean and good. I love the hotel's design. I want to especially mention the concierge who also takes care of the parking, always polite and cheerful. Overall, there is a lovely team at the hotel.

Great location and good sized bedroom but no bathtub and just not refined enough for a five-star experience
Breakfast was adequate. There was no egg station and items would run out or staff not quickly attentive to basics like refilling coffee or providing a milk jug for tea. This purports to be a 5-star hotel but breakfast was not at this level.

- • There are many small things, for example, the carpet on the stairs between floors was very worn, the public areas could be very bare of designed furnishings and ambiance.

- • Lack of thorough cleaning: green marble bathroom floor full of stains; marble sink top with limescale around the taps, stained corridors carpet. Window sills and windows in need of maintenance.
A fantastic experience made by all the staff that work there who were caring and attentive.
The hotel was located at the heart of the City in close proximity to the restaurants and town square. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to assist our group with all matters and acted impeccably when we had a medical emergency in the group.

Splendid, historic and luxurious stay!
I visited this hotel with my mum and we had a twin room which was very spacious, always clean and had most amenities. What would have been nice is to have a coffee machine in the room as opposed to a kettle. However, the views were stunning and the service was impeccable. The breakfast was simply amazing and so was the staff. Every morning we had the lovely Sadit serving us the delicious Italian coffees and Giacomo at reception was extremely helpful even before we arrived. I cannot fault the hotel really. The only thing that was not pleasant was the time we spent in the pool as there were maintenance works going on with some pretty loud noises but otherwise a really great stay and look forward to visiting in the future.
