It was a nice stay but a few changes need to be made to improve it
The hotel was very clean and had a very good breakfast. Room was good but close to trains so couldn’t open window.

- • There was a bar in the hotel as well as a couple of restaurants but on our first night, we decided to pop into the bar at 21:00 for a drink. There were three tables vacant but we were told-quite rudely, that there was no space, that the bar stools were reserved ( but no signs). We complained at desk but didn’t get a nice response. We chose this hotel because it had a bar and a pool. We’ve never been to hotel and had to book a space in the bar! Also, it had a lovely swimming pool but we had to pay £15 each to use it! Yet it was in the hotel for guests. There was an onsen but only for men in the men’s changing room

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. The views from the higher floors were beautiful, especially in the evenings. The location is super convenient — just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very quiet, which made for great sleep. Other thoughtful touches include coin-operated laundry facilities if you need to wash clothes, and a 24/7 convenience store right on the 1st floor — perfect for late-night snacks or drinks. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays!
