The room was clean, the gym was big and had a lot of equipment. The capsules for coffee and the Nespresso machine were in the room free of charge

- • We asked for a higher floor but we were given the 2nd out of almost 20. The window in the room could only be opened a tiny bit and didn't have a net for insects, so we couldn't open it during the night. You can hear the neighbors when they are talking. For the indoor pool you cannot enter without a swimming cap, which you are required to bring with you or to buy from the hotel (which is an unnecessary expense when staying in such a hotel) - they could have included it in the room price

The rooms were well equipped with everything you needed. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was great and not crowded which was a bonus

A nice and centrally located hotel close to tourist attractions as well as areas where locals hang out!
It was a superb hotel! The lounge we had access to on the 18th floor was very nice and we spent a lot of time there between all the sightseeing and shopping we did! The location was good, close to the orange line of the subway, and there were buses right outside the hotel that took us directly to Namsan Tower! It was also close to the nice and hip area of Hannam, where I shopped! Super friendly and helpful staff! Especially the concierge who recommended different restaurants and explained how to drink soju+beer the way Koreans do it! The room was nice and the bathroom super fresh! It was really noticeable that the hotel had been newly renovated! My dad tried the gym, and he was satisfied with it!

- • One day we were going to the DMZ, with an early morning departure. We asked the hotel in the afternoon the day before if we could get breakfast to pick up 30 minutes before breakfast opened, but it couldn't be arranged with such short notice! I would have expected that at a 5-star hotel. But we solved it by buying a delicious cheese bread at G25 nearby!
