- • about the lady who takes care of breakfast and cleaning, when I asked her to clean my room, I found her response rude, because the cleaning was scheduled until 2 pm and I asked at 1 pm, and she replied that if she could clean, but couldn't guarantee it... she even said that I asked for cleaning until noon, but the note said until 2 pm, breakfast is weak and you need to fix the breakfast area because having breakfast with the sun shining in our faces is not good... other guests also complained about the sun during breakfast.

- • The support shelf needs maintenance, I found hair strands in the shower, the floor paint in the room was peeling off, and the other guests were listening to the TV at a very high volume.
