The staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is good just a short walk from the metro.

- • The only minor downside was the shower curtain in the bathroom, which felt a bit outdated. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Lovely hotel in Busan
Beautiful hotel, very spacious room with lovely amenities. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, lots of choices available. We were in the 28th floor and the views were amazing.

- • Smells smoke on corridor and room
The staff are all very kind. Although the building is old, it is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. You can access it from the station without going outside through the underground passage, and there are restaurants and shopping spots open late at night around. You can enjoy just around the hotel.
