- • There are limitations on basic facilities such as swimming pools and saunas compared to the price of a 5-star hotel, and it was difficult to understand the need for additional payment. Whether it is a characteristic of Busan or not, it seems to be a problem to use 5-star hotels worldwide due to limitations on basic swimming, sauna, and gym facilities. Unlike other international chains, there seems to be no membership benefits. It seems to be expected for one-time hotel use only.
