An overall good hotel.
The location and services provided were top class. The view from our room at level 28 was pretty decent too.

- • At the check-in they told us to get tax refund on the way out. We forgot and then communication with the hotel was horrible, we couldn't get anyone to answer the request and send us the form and were redirected from one person to another until eventually we left the country without it.
Exclusive, clean hotel, with a very good location
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach the sights in all directions. The subway is directly connected to the hotel with an escalator. The bus station is right in front of the main entrance. It is first class, clean, and very luxurious. We had a room on the 19th floor with a great city view. We had to book breakfast separately. The selection was overwhelming... there were even small pastry cakes and chocolates. The staff was always very polite and helpful.
