We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. A special thank you to Mike, the manager, who went above and beyond for me and my friends. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to coming back! The bar staff also very accommodating and friendly!

Such a lovely hotel & atmosphere. We came and are limited with time so asked the manager Mike for an early check in and he was so pleasant and lovely to us. Lovely Mothers Day Lunch Experience
We went for a Mother's Day Lunch on Sunday. The whole experience was so lovely, with all staff so friendly and attentive, particularly Manager Alex who welcomed us so warmly and thanked us when leaving. Thanks to Michael too! The food was fabulous and would definitely recommend. We will be back.

Mother's Day brunch - well worth the visit 😊
This is our third visit to the Alder Cafe for Mother's day brunch and there's a reason we keep going back. The food is gorgeous, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. Would definitely recommend it 😊

Mother's day with the family.
Just had an absolutley fantasic meal for mother's day with my family. Alex and his team were brilliant and nothing was to much for them . This is our 3rd year here in the plaza and we will be back again.

Very comfortable and would definitely stay again
Room was very spacious and bed was extremely comfortable but the only bad I would say is bathroom is not really set up for someone who is disabled being a room for someone with mobility issues.the shower should really have a seat and aids for the toilet.

Very satisfied !
I have stayed here a few times and I have always been well looked after. Rooms are spacious with bottled water tea/coffee,and ironing board! Staff are amazing and particularly chatty.

We were at the restaurant to have dinner and Alex, the bar manger was absolutely amazing, he was very attentive with us, brought us the food and drink in time, always asking if we need anything else, so friendly. Thank you and we’ll come back soon

Highly recommend, all new and super clean
The Location is just perfect, walking distance to the main amenities mall and the huge nice park. Great friendly and polite staff ready to help with everything and the atmosphere is nice and calm . The rooms are very beautiful, clean and tidy. Highly recommend
