- • I thought I was paying for a room as stated in the reservation and they gave me a standard room with fewer square meters and very deteriorated, with very loud noise and far from the lobby, nothing like what I thought I had booked. I asked for a change and they charged me an additional US $35.00 per day and gave me a better room where the toilet was detached from the floor and water leaked out. They didn't want to change it, finally they agreed to the reserved one after an uncomfortable conversation and gave me a room like the one I thought I had booked, which they said was even more expensive, and they gave me a courtesy since this last one was closer to what I thought I had booked. Reception was never attentive or helpful but not rude either

- • The mattress in my room was terrible, I requested a change at the front desk and they told me it was not possible, that they didn't have another mattress
