- • The bed/mattress is definitely on the harder side so if you need softer bedding, keep that in mind

Good hotel for its price
The room is spacious, good view from the window, good breakfast, staff is very responsive. Public transport and a lot of food places are right nearby

- • The area is a little odd. There are floors where smoking is allowed which is weird for hotels - that’s why sometimes you can smell it. Breakfast is not included and is a little pricey. No bar and pool. We had one bad episode with very noisy drunk neighbors and management hardly could solve it, it brought us a lot of stress
A week in Hong Kong
Perfect location close to Times Square malls, surrounded by some good cafes and groceries. The smell of the lobby is jasmine. Rooms bathrooms have bidets, except the lobby bathrooms don’t have bidets. The staff is responsive and helpful. They offered us an early check-in at 10 am for free, much needed after long hours of traveling

- • The room has very dark water stains on the carpet. The chair in the room is very dirty due to years of sitting. The bedding sheets and the towels are clean at least. And the fridge is quite noisy at night while I was sleeping. The breakfast is neither here nor there kind. They could at least choose to do Hong Kong style breakfast, or western intercontinental style. But they chose to do a bit of both but ended badly
