Everything but not a 4-star hotel
1. Staff cannot greet, unfriendly, complaints are made fun of. 2. Bedside lamps defective (no light bulbs inside) 3. Hand basin blocked from arrival until departure even though reported on the 2nd day 4. Beds not made, trash cans not emptied in some rooms. 5. Minibar with expired drinks and not restocked.

- • I had pre-booked two single beds and confirmed this with the reception at check-in, but the assigned room had one double bed. Even after changing rooms, there was a shortage of pillows, towels, etc., and I had to go to the reception each time, causing a lot of stress. Reception duties are crucial for a hotel. They need to do a better job. The air conditioning was too weak. Moreover, despite the hot weather in September, the heater was on. Unbelievable. Even though the reception said they would turn off the heater, they did nothing.

I informed the reception, but despite being able to turn it off, they did nothing on the second day.
