Ok for one night - price too high
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, room and amenities ok, superficially clean, very good location, just a stone's throw over the bridge to downtown

- • Price/performance questionable - for one night I expected more comfort - it seems to have been renovated, but the dirt was just painted over - OK for one night
Pet-friendly with an excellent pet fee compared to other hotels, convenient location.
Pet-friendly, the fee is $30 for both of my dogs, very good deal! Very clean facility close to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms. Breakfast included was good.
