Quiet, convenient location and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and the presence of a good restaurant for breakfast was a bonus.

Location was great for access to the Skytrain to the airport.

Beautiful property, phenomenal staff, world-class bistro.
Beautiful property with exceptionally switched-on staff. The French Bistro (food outlet on the main floor) offered fabulous meals, fair prices and inspired decor. Even if I was not staying at the hotel, I would consider the bistro a restaurant of choice in the downtown core of Vancouver. All the staff take ownership of this property and are super-responsive to suggestions for improvement. I wonder if the staff are shareholders or owners?

- • Getting access to the parking isn’t ideal (at this time). Guests have to find difficult-to-get street parking, get fully checked-in, then get access to the hotel’s underground parking. I suggested a way to improve their procedure in an online comment and their Ops Manager called me the next day for additional feedback. I will absolutely return to this property and I suspect that this minor inconvenience will have been long-since solved on my next trip!
