- • Our rooms were outdated, many scratches and not renovated enough. Two rooms next to each other were announced to us, but they were on different floors. The reception staff was demotivated. Closer to 2.5 stars than 4.
They promise more than they deliver, but overall a good experience!

- • First they gave us the wrong room, and the key card wasn't working. They moved us to the right room right away, though. On the official website, they state the following: free slippers in every room, storage room for your luggage. Not applicable. I had also personally emailed the hotel to confirm the distance between the hotel and the stadium. They assured me it was a 20-minute walk, but we then realized that it's actually 45 minutes.
The place is quiet and close to the metro station.

- • The reception staff were not the best in terms of attitude and were not very helpful. They also have a strict check-in policy — check-in is at 3 PM with no exceptions.
