The proximity to the city center and the parking space near the property. The availability and kindness of the staff. The room was very clean and the breakfast service with fresh croissants and cappuccino was perfect.

The room was very cool despite the external heat, spacious as well as the bathroom. Also nice the outdoor breakfast area.

I stayed at this b&b during the Ferragosto weekend with my family. Fairly central location, comfortable, modern, clean and spacious room, equipped with everything necessary. Parking available nearby (with blue lines or without). The owner was available and clear in all the directions he provided. Excellent breakfast, kindly served at the table in the kitchen, with the possibility of having it outdoors in the adjacent little garden. In the kitchen, there are also a water dispenser and a coffee machine available to guests. It was a really pleasant stay!

The owner Giovanni was very friendly and helpful with everything, I found the property very clean with very comfortable beds, good and plentiful breakfast with the lady whose name I don't remember ready to serve you with a smile for all your requests, excellent location to visit the city. I was passing by with my family and will definitely come back next year.

The B&B Metropolitan is a fantastic accommodation. The rooms are very clean and spacious. In the shared kitchen, there is everything you need and the fridge is daily filled with yogurt and juice. A large water dispenser, as well as coffee and milk, are available. In the morning, there are very delicious croissants for breakfast, which you can enjoy in the beautiful courtyard. The location is perfect, very central. You are just a few minutes from the sea, the train station, or a great shopping street. Giovanni makes sure that his guests have everything they need. We will definitely come back.
