The location of the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to access shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a luxurious stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend!

- • I stayed at the hotel during my birthday, I was a little surprised that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the staff to mark the occasion. It would have made the experience even more special. Overall, I appreciate the service, but this is a suggestion for improvement

Great location to explore the city.
The location is great, once you discover the corridors to the shopping centers. Very large rooms.

- • Unfortunately, one pool was under renovation and the remaining one was not really attractive. Although an alternative was offered at an adjacent hotel, we did not use it due to time constraints. There is a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the grouting work in the bathroom.
Due to overbooking, I missed my flight and inquired about a free cancellation, but there was absolutely no room for negotiation, and it was flatly denied. It was an interaction that did not seem like a 5-star hotel at all. I will never use the Ritz again.

Miserable experience all around and very sorry to offend some good people who are working there
We came to KL from Singapore, and after spending a few days at the marvelous Millennia Ritz Carlton in Singapore, it's a starkly different hotel and absolutely old and terribly tired in every way possible. What a difference, what a disappointment. I wish I had never booked it.

- • Absolutely horrible coffee offering at breakfast, terrible food selection on the buffet. It's a really bad experience and a terrible blow to the brand of the Ritz-Carlton
