I experienced an elegant hotel life
Located in the center of Bukit Bintang, very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Also close to the MRT station, which was helpful.

- • I didn't know there was a hotel and a residence. At first, I tried to go up in the residence elevator, but it didn't respond to the room key, so I had quite a hard time. It was only when a hotel staff member happened to get on and told me that this was the residence side and the hotel was on the other side that I realized. The building is quite large and somewhat like a maze, so even though I was tired after check-in, it took me a while to find my room. I thought it would be helpful to have a brief explanation at check-in.

Hotel front desk staff are unprofessional and slow. Restaurant staff are unprofessional, and the food quality is inconsistent.
The accommodation is centrally located, which is convenient. The breakfast at the restaurant is extremely poor, lacking professionalism, the food is unremarkable, the taste is poor, and the kitchen staff is understaffed, with one person having to handle four positions. The restaurant is not clean, only the pastries are acceptable.

- • The room is clean, but the shower head in the bathroom is weak and needs improvement. In addition, the lights inside the elevator are dim, making it difficult for elderly guests to see the floor numbers. The front desk staff are unprofessional. My reservation number was for two rooms, but when she checked the records, she told me there was only one room reserved for me, causing a commotion. The front desk staff had to consult with a superior to confirm that I had booked two rooms and then arrange another room for me.
