The Japanese hotel chain proves with its service and consistent quality that it is absolutely worth its stars
The location, atmosphere, garden, entrance. Everything is correct. The silence in the rooms was delightful. If you get the chance to eat in the restaurant on the top floor, definitely do it. Service, view, and food were excellent!

- • The coffee in the lobby was disproportionately expensive. That is unnecessary.

- • The front desk is the facade of the entire hotel and needs further training! The front desk attitude needs improvement. 1. My daughter is only 17 years old, and she was speaking English with the receptionist. I was standing next to her, but the receptionist never greeted me proactively, never looked at me directly, just glanced and passed by. Is this the quality of a five-star hotel staff? 2. They asked me to pay an additional 1500 RMB without saying a word about why I had to pay this money. I noticed it and asked her, then she impatiently said it was an insurance fee. I have stayed in New York, Paris, London, all four-star hotels, and they always inform me at check-in, and the attitude is always very good. Why is the service attitude like this in a five-star hotel in China? It doesn't match the five-star level.
