- • The plumbing is really old. It's a struggle to get the shower temperature right. The shower curtain smells( •́ฅ•̀ )

Location is perfect, particularly with the cold weather. You don’t have to walk far from the station

- • All the facilities in the hotel you have to pay on top of your rate which makes staying in the hotel quite boring. It is very unusual in Japan that you need to pay extra to be able to use the gym etc. Also, the breakfast price for hotel guests is not friendly at all.
