- • I informed you 5 days before my departure that I need to check 1 day earlier and you said that it is totally fine and that you wouldn’t charge me, but Booking.com needed to send the request. Booking.com sent the request twice but you never replied. At the same time you kept reassuring me that I will not be charged but Booking needs to inform you. Eventually at my check out you charged me the additional night and then you informed Booking.com that you cannot help. Totally misleading from your side.
