Unforgettable Stay

I had the most wonderful stay at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. The atmosphere was serene and luxurious, with beautiful lagoons and warm Balinese hospitality that made every moment feel special. The photo shoot with Dreams Studio Bali at the resort was truly an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the stunning backdrop to the thoughtful attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to our lovely host Anne for being so welcoming and attentive throughout the session. And special appreciation to Photographer Tubagus, whose professionalism, creativity, and ability to capture natural moments made the entire shoot feel effortless and fun. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and artistry — I would absolutely love to come back again 🤍

Exceeded our Expectations

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The resort is simply stunning — beautiful rooms with gorgeous views, and immaculate, well-maintained gardens that create a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. We enjoyed daily breakfast and dinner at Banyubiru Restaurant as part of our Epicurean package. Although there were a couple of minor mix-ups on the first day, the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to resolve everything, always going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. A special thank you to Chef Wayan for assisting our friend each day with his meal selections — nothing was ever too much trouble. Nova made excellent coffee every morning, which we looked forward to. The team at De Bale Lounge & Bar, especially Lilik and Dita, were attentive and welcoming, serving fantastic cocktails with a smile. It was also wonderful to reconnect with Anywar at Kulkul Beach House, whom we met during our stay 14 months ago. He once again provided exceptional service around the pool, always ensuring we were hydrated and well looked after with snacks. Thomas, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, checked in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect. He even arranged for us to dine at Arwana Restaurant on our final evening, which was a wonderful way to end our holiday. The nightly entertainment, including the Chinese New Year celebrations and Balinese cultural evenings, was truly spectacular and added something extra special to our stay. This is an outstanding resort with exceptional staff who genuinely care about their guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent for the third time

Returning for the third time, this property does not disappoint. Really enjoy the cabana facing the ocean. Service is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is enormous, filled with variety and delicious. The property itself is beautiful, with the wraparound lagoon. Special acknowledgments to the below staff who really made the trip special. A good memory

The resort area has a wide coverage of green plants and a wide variety of types. The pool coverage was also great and the breakfast was great! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, see you next time bali!

Outstanding Food, Service & Genuine Hospitality

Our recent stay at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa was, without question, the best overall resort experience our group has had in Bali. After a couple of minor food-related hiccups on the first day, everything quickly found its rhythm — and from then on the experience was exceptional. We dined most evenings at Banyubiru Restaurant and were consistently impressed by the quality and variety on offer. A special mention to Chef Wayan Darma Yasa, who went above and beyond by personally guiding me through dishes I wouldn’t normally have chosen — all of them superb. His enthusiasm and pride in the food made the experience genuinely memorable. Another senior chef also provided the same thoughtful attention on our final evening. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with friendly, attentive service (and once they learned our coffee preferences, consistently great coffee!). Evenings at De Bale Lounge & Bar became a favourite ritual — excellent service, relaxed atmosphere, and a team who were always happy to accommodate our pre-dinner drinks and card games. We also enjoyed time at Kulkul Beach House, where the manager and team were equally impressive in their warmth and professionalism. The Chinese New Year and Bali Experience evenings added wonderful energy and cultural vibrancy to the stay. What ultimately sets The Laguna apart is its people. The staff’s genuine hospitality and attentiveness elevated our visit from enjoyable to memorable. We will absolutely return.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out — we truly felt at home. The service was outstanding, and we’d like to thank every person who took care of us, from housekeeping to the restaurant waiters. A special thank you to the Sapphire Lagoon Bar team! Serena is so kind and lovely same Yuni , with Rama and Subatra make the best cocktails. I will definitely miss my vacation days here.
