- • The service of the staff left much to be desired. My wife was kept waiting at the reception for an excessive amount of time simply because I had not arrived yet, a situation that caused us great embarrassment. The impression we had is that the hotel adopts this kind of attitude due to the profile of some of its own clientele and situations that apparently occur frequently in the establishment. Regardless of the reason, it is unacceptable for regular guests to be subjected to embarrassing treatment or received with suspicion. We expected a much more professional, courteous, and compatible approach with the standard that the hotel intends to offer.
