This is the most beautiful hotel in Rome. I loved the welcome, the service, the room was magnificent 😍. We were greeted with cocktails and champagne in the room. I will definitely come back 🥰

Probably one of the best hotels in Rome
We arrived 4 hours early due to our flight, and the hotel offered us a delicious breakfast, a room within 30 minutes with an upgrade, a bottle of prosecco, and pralines. Talk about hospitality!!

I’ve never experienced the customer service that we got at this hotel… Many employees there made us feel like we were the only people in this hotel… All genuine!!

Amazing hotel. The type you rarely see anymore.
Old world elegance that you rarely see anymore. The service level matches the elegance of this hotel. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you feel pampered. The Front Desk staff, the Bellmen and the Concierge make you feel very special. Thank you to Guillo, Guest Services, Valerio and Kevin in Banquets and Giovanni one of the Butlers for making events and my group feel so special. It is always nice to see the General Manager on the floor, Giuseppe you and your team are great!

This is a great hotel for any traveler seeking a super comfortable place to rest within reach of all the famous sites. The design of the lobby bar and restaurant was elegant and comfortable and made it easy to relax, especially with the live music performances! The comfortable design was also evident for our suite and the bathroom. The service from the staff was very professional and responsive. Would stay here again next time in Rome.
