Too bad we only stayed 2 nights
We were greeted immediately like we were old friends returning. The staff made us feel not just welcome but pampered... They even wrapped my cell phone charging cord every evening when my room was turned down!

An excellent memory of 3 nights in Dublin.
The quality of the welcome in all services and the kindness of the staff. It's very rare to this extent. Our room was very comfortable, everything is clean, very well maintained. There are plenty of charming little touches.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service
Stayed here the night after our wedding and had such a lovely time. Staff were so kind and attentive, room service dinner was delicious, the hotel itself is really beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. From start to finish, we had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend! We’re local so it wasn’t a factor for us booking, but the location is so central to everything if you’re visiting Dublin from abroad.

- • On arrival, I provided my credit card as a holding payment. At checkout, I was assured this amount would be refunded, less the charges for room service and breakfast. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The hotel debited the full holding amount and then left a further charge pending on my account. I contacted the hotel using the email address on the invoice, but received no response. I then called and was told that the finance department does not work weekends, so the matter remains unresolved. I find it extremely disappointing that such a basic aspect of the billing process could be handled so poorly. I would expect a hotel to be able to process payments correctly and provide a timely response when an issue arises.

- • I requested a VAT receipt and the duty manager said contact Booking.com as they were lying about who issued the VAT invoice/receipt. I showed him their email which clearly stated the hotel would issue a receipt, which I find always to be the case. In the end, I left without a receipt and requested that someone from accounting call me. I am a businessman & I stay in hotels all over Europe & Ireland & unfortunately this is the first time I had to leave without a receipt which I needed for my accounts office
