Great location
Lovely hotel that is in a great location. The hotel liaised with the airport staff to arrange my transfer and I was greeted as soon as I got off the plane which was incredible, the gentleman guided me through immigration, helped me collect my bag and then walked me to my driver outside, which was the first for any hotel I’ve ever stayed with. It made the arrival process seamless and effortless as the airport can be quite chaotic. The hotel room was very spacious and clean and the conceirge team were very helpful throughout. As a solo, female traveller I felt very safe staying at this hotel. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. The hotel managed to arrange a late checkout for me which was very helpful.

- • WiFi connection wasn’t great during the first few days of the stay. Having stayed in many Kempinskis around the world, apart from the airport pick up, I didn’t feel like this branch went as above and beyond as the others.

Access to riverside walkway. Hotel garden can be better maintained. Excellent Concierge.

A first-class five-star hotel
The Kempinski in Beijing is an excellent hotel with first-class facilities and location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the entire facility with the attached restaurants is very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the Executive Lounge area and our suite was absolutely generous. The five stars are more than justified.

Beautiful old luxury hotel
I have known the hotel for a very long time. Its location and the selection of restaurants are simply great.

- • The internet is anything but "high-speed". You are not allowed to use the pool without a swimming cap, even with a bald head.
