- • We booked online through Booking. Our flight was very delayed. We arrived at the hotel around 4:00 in the morning. So the night we paid for, we did not stay there at all. At the reception, the receptionist did not want to let us in until we paid the full price for the accommodation, even though we had already paid by credit card. He held us as if we were some criminals trying to stay for free. The hotel was overcrowded. Too many guests and too few elevators. Every time you wanted to go in and out, you had to wait a long time for the elevators. There was not even space in the pool, nor outside on the sunbeds, everything was full. For the high price we paid, I would have expected a bit more. They could have at least provided more space at the pool. I stayed there for three nights. I couldn't even manage to get into the pool once because it was so crowded.
