- • Has a pretty stay. Check-in and check-out could be streamlined. Staff interaction was kinda flat, and no proactive service whatsoever. Booked back-to-back rooms and they totally dropped the ball - key didn't work and their response was 'yeah, you had two bookings' with zero apologies. Digital registration card would be a nice touch. Big shout-out to the receptionist who helped with my mom's lost earring, though - found it quickly and lost and found is on point. Hope these can serve as input to ensure an impeccable service experience

- • Poor knowledge about allergies and contamination risks at the breakfast buffet. My hotel room turned into a construction site at 7:30 on a Saturday morning (Holy Saturday)
