Most recent
1st time in Nusa Dua & travelled with immediate family which included 5 g/children. There was nothing to not like. Walking distance to the Bali Collect, we all loved the pool. Thought our rooms were great as the little ones could walk straight out to a grassed open area. The hotel catered for the range of ages in our group. Ground floor rooms were best. B/fast was wonderful and we loved the Mexican & Asian fusion restaurants. All hotel Staff were wonderful and always helpful.

- • If I have to.pick.on something it would be the fridges just didn't get cold enough, and when our room was made up, there was usually something little forgotten. Nothing that a call to h/keeping didnt fix.
Great but annoying. Expensive drinks.

- • People were putting their belongings on poolside lounges early in the morning and then leaving to do other activities for extended periods of time leaving no lounges available all day. Drinks very expensive

the pool attached the room was amazing. so clean and a big confy bed and room - the area, the accessibility to the ocean.... everything so perfect.
