- • Difficulty in getting an additional sofa bed. Only one pillow per bed, which is absurd in a five-star hotel.
Quiet and pleasant
It is a very quiet hotel, with a more local feel. The rooms are very spacious for 4 people and the beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean, although somewhat outdated. You sleep phenomenally and the service is excellent. They were very helpful with restaurant reservations.

- • The breakfast is very basic. It is far from the center although it offers a shuttle and it is very easy to get around with Uber.

The hotel is amazing and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and they made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay for us. The free shuttle to the train station was also very thoughtful and convenient

- • If you miss the last shuttle from Karasuma Oike Station and have had a long day, the walk back can be a bit annoying.
