Friendly, nice Seaview, convenient location
The overall services and experiences here are excellent and pleasant. We are on a family trip and either the front desk or Lounge staff are pretty friendly and helpful since we checked in. We got a compliment upgrade to a Seaview room. Although the weather is cloudy but the view from room is awesome. The nice lady in Lounge gifted game tokens to my kids and they enjoyed the game machines and swimming pool a lot during the stay. The hotel is in a perfect location next to Yantian Harbour and shopping mall within steps distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for both family and biz trip.

- • They took insurance from me and have not refunded it yet. Reception on the 31st floor.
The view is very beautiful and they renewed my room and took another insurance but did not refund.

Exceptional Service and Great Stay at Hyatt Regency Yantian
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Yantian while bringing my student to Shenzhen for a competition, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, but what really made the stay exceptional was the level of service—especially from Ivy at the lounge. Ivy was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The staff also helped us arrange a meeting room and assisted with printing out materials for the competition, which made our trip so much smoother. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled efficiently and with a genuine smile. This hotel really understands hospitality, and it shows in the details. I’ll absolutely choose Hyatt Regency Yantian again the next time I’m in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

Basically a 4-5 star hotel nearest to the Yantian port with direct access to an adjacent mall.
Breakfast was pretty extensive and impressive.

- • Coffee was not hot or maybe the milk was too cold? The conclusion is that it wasn't hot enough as it should be.
Excellent location, connected to a large shopping mall, seaside park, and complete surrounding facilities. The hotel is comfortable and elegant, the staff is very friendly, definitely worth staying again.

- • Your drinks and bars closed earlier than advertised. I arrived too late for anything to eat or drink at a restaurant or bar at 9 pm for a Hyatt this is very poor
