- • The air-conditioning unit wasn't very good, super noisy which made it hard to sleep through the night as it clunked often. Didn't cool very well considering it was on 16 either.
location was great, within walking distance to many F&B and local attractions. Hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood, no pubs and bars playing loud music at night.

Location was very good. Check in and check out processes were quite fast. Providing cold water at reception was very good, although there was no ice machine. WiFi was of adequate speed but there were times when it dropped.

- • The room felt like it was not maintained well. The hand held bidet was leaking from when we checked in all the way until we checked out. There was very little air circulation in the hotel and in the rooms, it smelt of damp in many areas. The staff was not friendly and didn't greet guests who came in, they seemed preoccupied with their phones. The place didn't seem very secure as the front door wasn't locked and we didn't need the fob to get in. There were also many times when the front desk wasn't manned even early in the evening, which meant anyone could come in and out of the hotel.
