Perfect location, the hotel is on a very quiet street while being close to 2 subways and bus stations... spacious and well-distributed room, incredibly kind and professional staff. We will certainly return to this same address for another stay in Kyoto!!

- • We enjoyed EVERYTHING
The staff was exceptionally nice, the check-in and check-out was easily done and the room was cozy, very big for Japan and it was nice to have a kitchen!!

- • It's more of an apartment concept than a hotel. You can't even get or buy water from the facility. They also charge an extra fee during check-in. Get ready for this.

- • By having the smoking area by the entrance it made the entryway smell like smoke. Smokers can take a hike… literally.
