Everything is great. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The room is wonderful for a long stay. The bathroom is pure comfort and the quality of the bed is indescribably good

- • The only downside is that you always need to take the metro to get to Kyoto station.
The front desk staff is very attentive in providing information and enthusiastic service to passengers, making people feel at home and worth recommending. Having a one-way shuttle is a plus, but it would be even better to have a round-trip shuttle.
