Great location friendly staff dangerously good pastries
Location is right at Apgujeong station, super convenient, you can take the elevator down. Walkable to Rodeo shopping area. Easy access to Gangnam. Super clean. Super friendly staff. The pastries on the first floor are dangerously good.

No longer a 5-star property
The hotel is located in one of the central locations of Seoul; however, the hotel is showing age and no longer reflects the 5-star status. Not to mention, furniture was dirty and defective (liquid damaged), and bathroom tiles were chipped.

A magnificent stay in Seoul.
The experience at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the service to the amazing breakfast buffet, to the bar, to the rooms, to the fitness facility, everything was absolutely fantastic.

Great hotel with great staff
Great location and access to the trains. Very clean hotel and well-designed. The breakfast selection was solid with a good variety. The staff here is fantastic. Would stay here again.

- • Please arrange a balloon decoration activity at the hotel, the quality was very poor, the promised large balloons and cakes were missing
Extremely Pleasant Stay
We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Seoul and were very pleasantly surprised. We were regularly greeted by staff who accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms, opened the inter-connecting doors, and cleaned daily, which is something we weren’t used to since they don’t seem to do that anymore at many hotels in the US. The rooms were comfortable, in good condition, and spacious. Regularly stocking the minibar and providing snacks was a great treat, particularly at the end of the day. We stayed at a second hotel which paled in comparison so when we return, we plan to stay here again. The location is very convenient and with the subway underneath, it was very easy to get around. Another nice surprise was the quality of the gym which was much better than most. We unfortunately did not get a chance to experience the rooftop due to weather conditions. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel
