- • Price-quality ratio is very unbalanced... I paid a price for a 'normal' room and ended up sleeping in a dump. Among the noises from all the neighbors, pipes, air compressors, rundown furniture... no reception, etc...

- • The AC needs to be replaced, it's becoming a risk for guests and the building. The rooms have no insulation and you can hear the noise from other rooms. It's quite uncomfortable. It's a busy street day and night so you have to tolerate external noise well.

- • Paper-thin walls where you can hear other guests' conversations, they should improve soundproofing because it's very difficult to rest this way
