Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall

The property is a great property and was pretty clean. The pool was not ideal as sun was very limited due to placement. Could have used more room and more opportunities for sun. The staff at restaurants were friendly and good service. That being said we were told we could check in at 730am. We specifically called to ask because we were arriving at 330am and needed to know if we needed to make other arrangements until check in. We thought we would wait out the few hours however when 730 came around we were told no rooms were available and to come back in a few hours. At 930 we went back and told we couldn't get a room until 12. At 1230 after being at the hotel for 9 hours we finally got a room. We would have made other arrangements had we known and not sat there and ruin our entire first day of our vacation. Then after we checked out we had our backpacks stolen and my husband went and got them back and was threatened with a knife by the thief. Hotel did nothing to help as we re yelling for help. I will never stay there again or recommend it for those reasons.

I was surprised and impressed on how beautiful the hotel is from the other side of the casino. Very eco friendly environment, friendly staff. All away from the craziness of the Las Vegas strip.

Dining choices from fast food to steak dinners. Abundant parking and close to other shopping.

The Hotel was pleasant and friendly and clean. Their should be added discounts for hotel stay guests with the other amenities ( i. e. bowling, movies, etc).

Additional unexpected fee

I booked through your webait3 and your website said that the price I paid you was the final price. When we checked in we were charged n additional resort fee. If thats the case, then your website needs to state that.

Quick trip for a concert

I booked the room on short notice, only a few days before our trip. The room was priced slightly higher than your stereotypical budget hotel but nearly half of what it would have cost to stay “On The Strip”. Our room was clean, spacious and current styling - we were very pleased with our room. We came on our trip specifically to see a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The stadium was about a 20 minute drive from the hotel, an easy drive on surface streets. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Restroom didn’t have celling fan

This place was so much better than i expected. Clean rooms, free parking, the inside lobby area is really cute, staff was wonderful and the price was great! All wins! I would definitely stay again.
