- • Nothing. We knew rooms would be small. Everything else is spot on and so glad we chose this hotel.
Good value hotel near Hyde park for events, 24 hr access.
Easy to find and easily accessible Hotel, parking outside. Excellent sized family room with 4 very comfortable single beds, ideal for group of friends. Air conditioned room was great in warm weather. Tea and coffee facilities in room.

- • A fair walk from Hyde park, bathroom a bit outdated and shower was either hot or cold.
Not worth repeating.. Rooms are very narrow and soundproofing is nonexistent, you can hear noises from adjacent rooms and the plumbing is unacceptable.
The staff is very cooperative.

- • Late check in meant basements room, which were nice inside but the walk to the room resembles something straight out of the Backrooms
