- • It was quite dated and tired, but clean, so I didn't mind the style. There was only one working elevator, which meant some waiting was required. The breakfast coffee could be improved, maybe with a soft egg yolk option (fried or poached) and brown sauce.
A very lovely hotel, a very pleasant stay, the breakfast was phenomenal.

Great location and hotel if you are looking for a quiet area but also need small places to shop + at a good price.
The location is great, quiet, and nearby there was also a shopping street that could be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Near the hotel is also the famous Kensington Gardens park, where you can spend a nice time. If you want to explore London with Big Bus Tours, there is a nearby stop for Big Bus Tours. If you are looking for something suitable for a few days and don't want to spend too much or too little, then this hotel is perfect. The staff were all very nice, Mr. Toifal, an employee, helped us a lot and was friendly. We were very satisfied!

- • The standard rooms with a nice view are a bit too small, especially a tip for girls traveling together and needing enough space: it's best to choose rooms that are 16 square meters.
