- • The reception staff is trying hard but not very attentive or lacks practical experience. Wrong orders, wrong bills despite repeated inquiries. In general, the reception staff is very friendly but also very young and inexperienced, which has a negative impact on business people as we simply have very little time. More time in training would be good.
