Lovely Heritage Hotel in a great position with amazing staff. Well done everyone
Staff were exceptional. I would like to mention Concierge Cameron who was so helpful. Also Thomas in the Restaurant who patiently helped me choose the best wines for my meal. Overall the staff were very attentive and friendly

Comfortable, well-located hotel and we enjoy the heritage addict with calm ambiance
Location and room comfort good. We did find that the ground floor room one family member had in the heritage wing did have a strong musty/damp smell unfortunately. However overall room comfort and access was very good

- • Very little. The lift stopped between floors, alarmingly. We escaped by managing to open the doors and jumping to the floor outside the stuck lift. Lifts fail. The hotel cannot be blamed
