We booked this hotel for a last-minute getaway to Florence. Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions with friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely come back here on the next occasion, maybe trying the breakfast that looked really inviting...

- • It was all good! I think if anything extra, a complimentary bottle of water each day and more coffee pods would have been welcomed.
Great if you want to be in the chaos, strongly suggest staying somewhere with outside space, quieter, and a pool but

- • It wasn't made clear when booking that there are two separate buildings, one of which has a rooftop with outside seating and the other does not, which basically means if you want to use this space, you would need to move between buildings at street level. Also, I was unable to get a proper night's sleep as the hotel is located within a very busy area with mass tourism night and day, with buskers playing rock guitar until 1 am. The double glazing helps but still audible if your room faces the street.
Beautiful property in the heart of historical Florence. The rooms were beautifully done, with quality fixtures in the bathroom and tastefully selected furniture in the room. Nice natural light coming in from the large windows. The breakfast area (Angel restaurant) is lovely and the breakfast spread was great.

- • Lacking some tabletop and countertop space in the rooms and bathroom. You have to walk to another building (right beside) for breakfast if you are in the main hotel.
