Best Hotel Ever
I loved the stay at this Hotel!!! The customer service is excellent. I want to give a special thanks to Sashane the front desk lady for such a warm welcome and also Silvia,Lupe,and Itzel for their kindness to me and my family. They all went beyond their duties to accomodate all of us. I will be back next time im in orlando. Thank you for the great experience!!

Excellent value and service!
The Hampton Inn Buena Vista is an excellent value located very close to Disney Springs and the Disney parks. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast is excellent. Also, the parking fee is very reasonable at $7/day as opposed to nearby hotels that charge three times as much. I also appreciated that our room was cleaned with new towels were provided each day (thanks to Sebastiana). Rooms come with a mini fridge for your water and plenty of power outlets to charge devices. The daily complementary breakfast includes a Mickey waffle station (which my daughter loved), plus eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread, and juice. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are available all day. I’d gladly return to this Hampton Inn on my next visit to Orlando.

Welcoming, Clean, Friendly home away from home
We love this hotel. Anytime we are in the Orlando area this is where we choose to stay. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean, Sashane is such a pleasure to see upon our arrival. She is courteous and welcoming. She recognizes who I am upon arrival to really make me feel valued as a guest. This particular stay was our child's birthday and they went above and beyond to make her feel so special. We were greeted with a decorated door and sweet welcome basket in our room maintained by Guadalupe Chimal. We recommend this hotel to all friends and family who visit the area.
